What does The First Connection do?
We’re an events company in Amsterdam. We offer allround DJ services, aftermovies for parties, event photos and event production for private and corporate clients across the Netherlands.
What does a DJ for an event cost?
For corporate events, our DJ packages start from €600 excl. VAT. For private parties, we have packages from €700 incl. VAT. Every package includes professional equipment, a briefing and setup. Check our pricing page for more information.
Do you travel outside Amsterdam?
Yes, across the Netherlands. Travel is free within 10 km of Amsterdam. Between 11 and 90 km we add €100 to €200, depending on the distance. Further than 90 km, we send you a custom quote.
What music do you play?
Everything that fills the floor: house, pop, disco, 80s, 90s and hit bangers. Feel like moving those hips? We play Latin rhythms too, from salsa and bachata to reggaeton and cumbia. We read the room and play for everyone.
Do you also offer photo and video?
Yes. We capture your event in natural photos and in aftermovies of 30 or 60 seconds. Everything arrives within 5 working days.
Can you organise the whole event for us?
Yes. We handle the idea, the venue, food with our partners, music and content. Tell us what you have in mind, and we call you within 1 day.
